At Creatx Karukatha, we carefully prepare and pack every order so that your products reach you safely and in good condition. Since many of our products are handcrafted, personalized, or made to order, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product.

  • Standard products are usually processed within 3–4 business days after the order is confirmed.

  • Personalized or customized products may require 5–7 business days for processing.

  • Orders are processed on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details, where available.
     

2. Delivery Time
 

For orders within India, the estimated delivery time is generally:

3–7 business days after dispatch.
 

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote and difficult-to-service locations may require additional delivery time.
 

3. Shipping Charges
 

Shipping charges are calculated based on the product, order value, package size and delivery location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

From time to time, Creatx Karukatha may offer free shipping, promotional shipping rates or other delivery offers. Any such offer will be subject to the terms mentioned at the time of purchase.
 

4. Customized & Personalized Products
 

Personalized products are created according to the details provided by the customer.

Please carefully check names, dates, spellings, photographs and other customization details before placing your order.

Once production has started, changes to personalized orders may not be possible.

Customized products may require additional processing time compared with standard products.
 

5. Tracking Your Order
 

Where tracking is available, the tracking details will be shared with you once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow some time for the courier tracking information to become active after dispatch.
 

6. Delayed Deliveries
 

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to:

We pack our products carefully to minimize the possibility of damage during transportation.

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photographs of the package and the product before opening or immediately after opening it and contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged or incorrect products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and supporting photographs.
 

9. Missing or Incorrect Items
 

If you receive an incorrect product or an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will review the issue and, where applicable, arrange a suitable resolution.
 

10. International Shipping
 

At present, Creatx Karukatha primarily ships orders within India.

International shipping may be introduced in the future. If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes and delivery timelines will be communicated at checkout.
